I can prepare payroll using your bank account or an escrow account.  Imagine having only one transaction for all of payroll (bank reconciliations will be painless now).  I can even prepare the journal entry needed to enter all of payroll into your accounting software, if needed.  If you use the escrow account, I will inform you of the amount needed to cover employee's paychecks, withheld taxes, and third-party withholdings.  An added benefit of using the escrow account is that I will assume responsibility for any penalties or interest assessed by Federal or State tax authorities provided complete and accurate payroll data and adequate funds were made available to me within the appropriate time frame.  You will never again pay a penalty for your payroll tax deposits.
